  • In most cases, a 50% upfront payment is required.

  • Once work has begun, payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • In case of project cancellation, you may be billed for the work completed up to the date of cancellation.

 

5. Revisions and Approvals

  • We allow a reasonable number of revisions for design and development projects (typically up to 3 rounds).

  • Any additional revisions may be subject to additional charges.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

Indispro Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, resulting from your use of the services or inability to access the site.

 

7. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and will not disclose any confidential information shared with us during the project without your prior consent.

 

8. Third-Party Services

If your project involves third-party platforms (e.g., Facebook, Google, hosting services), you are responsible for complying with their terms. Indispro Digital is not liable for changes or issues caused by third-party platforms.

  • There is non-payment or abuse of our team or platform.

  • The project remains inactive for more than 30 days without communication.
